Enjoying a good start to the morning with a little walk! Sometimes there is no better stress reliever or a better way to clear your mind than just going on a walk. I think sometimes the littlest things get taken for granted – we all need time and space and a chance to physically get away and sometimes just the act of walking away from something will either make you calm down or decide to just leave things in the past.
